Stanford hospital and clinics (descrimate hispanic people) if you dont know someone there...is IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A JOB THERE they dont apreciate hard workers...specially in one department people likes to talk really bad about other co workers...they can fire you without reasons..if they dont like you or you just dont belong to the kiss ass group...U ARE OUT...In the  department i used to work my supervisor DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THE JOB BY HERSELF...IF U ARE SICK BECAREFULL THEY DONT REALLY CARE...THEY WILL PLAY U REALLY GOOD...SAYING STUPID THINGS AND LETTING U GO JUST BECAUSE THEY DONT LIKE U...RN'S, SUPERVISORS, MANAGERS...dont really like working therebut you know money $$$$$ talk right???...they always complaining about how stanford treat them, how unfair and unresponsible their department can be....and so

DONT BELIEVE STANFORD is the best hospital to work for...ur are WRONG IF YOU THINK THAT they dont always provide the best treatment....nope nope...believe me...they descrimate HISPANIC PEOPLE...dont waste ur time applying there...they like to choose their own people...they dont really care if u meet all the requirements...

How do they "descriminate" (it is spelled Discriminate) ? According to your report there is not basis for your claim - You did not address that - Try telling the nature of the rip off then come back

Like the other person stated - all smoke and mirrors

Your local telephone book should have a listing for the California Fair Employment & Housing Department.  If not, look it up with Google and make the call.  Hope this helps.
