Has scam working with Lady of the Sea Hospital, Galliano, La.  Gets open accounts from consumers who can not pay full amounts, hospital turned over accounts even if they are receiving monthly payments. Judge did not want to see receipts in hand and automatically awarded judgement to bottom feeder. Made two  monthly payment for judgement and Kottemann & Assoc would not accept payments, and to top it off will not recognize copies of cancelled checks deposited into their account. Every week in public records for Lafourche Parish there are al least 4 to 5 new suits filed. (Last week there was 8) Am contacting OFI and letting anyone who will listen of the scam involving these two.
