United Collection Bureau Hospital collection ripoff Toledo Ohio

In 2007 I took my son to University Hospitals in Richmond Heights, Ohio (Cleveland area) and there was a $237.00 charge. At the time I was unemployed and had no health insurance and applied to the hospital for a waiver of the charge, which they issued in November 2007. This month, January 2009, United Collection Bureau of Toledo Ohio send me a demand for payment, stating that University Hospitals had placed the account with their company for collection. I suspect that they have had no contact with the hospital and that this collection agency picked up the account number and charge somehow electronically and tried to collect from me in what appears to be a scam.
