PRIME HOSPITALITY AMERiSUITES TAMPA, FLORIDA CAN BE DANGEROUS TO YOUR LIFE!

Pre-booking the Amerisuites for several days at a upscale hotel
in Tampa was suppose to be a time of happiness that turned into a case of lies,deception and misrepresentation.

This hotel was directly asked if they had security guards and security camera monitors on the parking areas. We were assured both were in place. The second night our mini-van was burglared parked next to the front door of this complex.Thousands in damages and theft.

The reporting police officer indicated this was a high crime area (near Bush garden) stated over 30 breakins per night.He stated that the Amerisuites DID NOT have private security or security cameras outside.

The managements response was they were not responsible,they did
not cooperate in giving me information need and lied on other issues.

As a disabled former law enforcement officer, my research indicates this chain has a historical pattern of deception
and misrepresentation to its guests by stating they have security when they dont. (National records see a pattern)

My recommendation for any one is NOT to stay in these properties
until Mr.Petrocelli, CEO decides to spend the money to make families,wives and kids safe.If any lives are lost or victims
injured by this Corporation then they should be held accountable.

As far as trying to contact these people-forget it,they dont even know what customer services is or have it!

My heartfelt honest advice is not walk but run from this group
of greedy folks who only care about the bottom line.
