Best Western La Playa Dirty , filthy rooms sheets rugs towels the whole package. dirty SOB's Daytona Florida

My family stayed at Best western La Playa in Daytona in April of this yr. When we arrived we found no parking first thing off.

My husband said well maybe they are busy so whatever. Well he went inside to check in and he said that the lobby looked real nice. Well that was it the only place that looked good .

When we walked in to get on the elevator there was a very bad oder in the hall . when the elevator door opened up oh my lord i was gonna faint.

Not only did it smell and have dirt all over but there was a worker that stepped out that had so much dirt on him . When we got to the room it was a sty it was so dirty and smelly .

I called down stairs to have someone come up and clean but no one ever came . So i had my husband go across the st to the so called big shopping center to get some cleaning stuff.

i cleaned and scrubbed the place. Daytona that week had been booked up there was no where else to stay we tried . It was college cheer week or something. The first nite it was gross i made my children wear the shoes all the time .

Down by the pool well that was another story it was so dirty it was bad . We took our children and went out all the next days .

We even tried to find another place. Their workers looked so bad dirty and smoked all over the hotel.I was told that they have so many things go on down their every week .

I was like well i dont care if you run a hotel you better make sure its clean. No excuses my lord . Close that place down. Iam sure that its not all hotels in Daytona because many of the guest also tried to get another hotel like us.

I will never ever return to the best western La Playa in daytona ever again. Iam sure its not all best westerns. I have stayed in a few and this was the first place that was so bad.

Please get clean workers and clean that place up it could be a nice place. You have lost us and many more i can assume. One very unpleased guest. Iam surpried you have not been closed down already.
