I checked into this hotel because I have stayed at many best westerns and came for the name.  After my experience at this location I will simply stay away from any best western i run across.  At first the people at the front desk were very nice but their attitude quickly changed once I was checked in.  The the water was shut off all day, they would not refund even 5 dollars for the fact that I could not even brush my teeth.  This hotel has changed my view of Best Western as a franchise.  Stay in any other hotel unless you want to be very upset. 

Oh yes and I saw them make to food, your better off eating from the side of the road.  They boil their sausage, and i saw a big stack of eggs sitting on the floor in the hall.

Do not punish all Best Westerns...

I am not sure this is very well known among all consumers. But every Best Western is independently owned and operated. This being said..not all of them are going to operate in the manner this one is being ran. I can tell you from experience as a Best Western GM that you should feel very safe to stay in a Best Western and it is always a good idea to file a complaint with Best Western Intl. if you come across a hotel as bad as this one. THey want to hear about it and WILL do something about it. The number to call is 1-800-WESTERN. Just let them know your observations and concerns. Good luck and I hope you will try out a Best Western again!!
