My girlfriend found this company when we were going on vacation to Milan. She booked the hotel in good faith. 5 days before we went on holiday they emailed to inform us our booking had been canceled without any explanation. I emailed over 15 times but got no reply. They did not provide any response when I requested a refund. She had to claim a fradualant payment through her credit card company so only got her money back 2 months after we paid this joke of a company. I have since read many reports of people who booked through book in hotels to discover a few days before their holiday or even when they arrive at the hotel that they did not make the booking. They are unscrupulous and I would suggest if you find a hotel you like through them then keep searching as they will only cause you headaches. They have a shocking customer service and will just ignore your emails whether you email them directly or contact them through their contact section of their website.Avoid, avoid, avoid!
