CERTS, Inc. Promised a vacation getaway at a hotel such as Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Hyatt, Radisson or Ramada Inns and suites for 3 days, 2 nights. This was a promotional gift after purchasing a time share. Orlando, Florida

After purchasing a time share, the promotional gift was a vacation getaway for hotel stay 3 days, and 2 nights at a $100.00 deposit. I followed the terms and conditions and have been waiting for approximately 3 mos. Still no response from Cert, Inc. I have since attempted to call the phone number 1-866-292-0099 which after the phone rings goes right to music, then a very loud noise. Other times I have called it offers the email address to which I have attempted to write to but am unable. Yahoo tells me there is no such address. I am extremely disappointed and disheartened. I attempted to reach this company via telephone over the course of 3 days. Still, no answer.
