Thi site lies about the Hotels that they market, they blame other part of there afficated compaies.

I booked a hotel from them, turned up to the Hotel they ahd no booking nect mornig they sent someone at 5 am to have us leave (they got wrong person) Hotel incorrect room they booked after two days I left to go away and was surposed to come back but becuase of the mistreatment I told them I would NEVER return to this Hotel they CHARGE ME, then REBOOKED me in the same hotel and Charged ME (i never re booked ) why would some one rebook a hotel when it was DREAFULL

Then blamed hotel to get money back then balmed there booking agent and told me to get money back

We have researched your customer history and figured out where the booking error
originated from.  HotelTravel.com sincerely apologises for the confusion
and the unacceptable series of events that happened at the hotel during your
stay. We have immediately processed a full refund for your final hotel booking
at The Royal Plaza Hotel New Delhi, and it will be applied to your credit card
account within seven to 10 working days.
