Hotels.com Does Not Honor Its Price Match Policy Dallas, Texas

Hotels.com does not honor its price match policy. When called on it, their tactic was to stall in hopes that I would get tired of waiting for service.

After booking a room with their service, I was searching for the B&B's phone number for some additional information. I happened onto their web page where the owner advertised a special room rate.  When I confronted the CSR for Hotels.com all I got was subterfuge and evasion.

When I pointed out the terms listed on their web site concerning their price match policy, the CSR and later her supervisor changed the stated terms and added new ones that had not been previously mentioned or disclosed.

This website and their personnel are dishonest in the extreme.
