    Corporate Advocacy Program
on july 4th this year I booked travelodge,rt66,flagstaff,Az thru hotels.com.
when we arrived we where told by travelodge that hotels.com are being declined for non payment and travelodge are refusing their bookings.
I phoned hotels.com to be told they would find me another hotel, while on the phone travelodge told us to get off the premises or they would call the cops as if it's my fault.so here are 5 of us (3 from UK visiting) with nowhere to go.

still of today hotels.com have never phoned back with alternative accomodation or for feedback to see if we ever got a hotel that night.

hotels.com even removed the booking from their site so we could not leave a review.

I will not be using travelodge or hotels.com again.

The police

Did you call the police? They left you stranded for something that wasn't your fault. You would've been able to explain what happened and be allowed to pay with a credit card.
