Hotels.com When I checked in they gave me the wrong room. I booked a double and received a single. They were supposed to reduce the rate to accomodate and did not. Called Hotels.com and they did not fix the prob Internet

When I checked in they gave me the wrong room. I booked a double and received a single. They were supposed to reduce the rate to accomodate and did not. Called Hotels.com and they did not fix the problem. Needless to say, I will not stay at another Microtel and I will not use Hotels.com again. Very disappointed in the service I received.
