I.R.R., Yourcancunvacations,travelcomm SCAM!! They will take as much money as possible and false promises Fern Park Florida

I got an amazing offer through a "corporate fax" for a cancun vacation for "corporate employees" at a corporate discount. I called and they said the price " all inclusive resort" would be $750 for 2 persons. They stated that included all fees and taxes. When I asked about the resort, they stated I would be able to choose from several hotels and they directed me to the site www.yourcancunvacation.com so I could look at some pictures. I paid the $750 and they stated I would get a package with brochures, a dvd and reservation form I would need to fill out.

It took over a month before I recieved any information. Finally I got a package in the mail that only included a folder with fine print and a reservation form. The form asked for $99 per person for transaction fees in order to process my request. I sent the dates I wanted and a check for the amount.

After almost another month I received a call back to confirm my dates. Once I asked about the resort I was only able to choose 1 and I would be forced to pay $199 per person for additional fees! WHAT FEES??? wasn't it all inclusive!!!

When I asked for dates none were available and everything I asked for was considered peak season and requiered additional funds! By this time I was livid and asked to speak to a manager, I was left on hold, then they hung up. I made several attempts to speak to a manager and could never get a hold of anybody. Finally I spoke to a manager and asked for a refund and was denied. I have then continued to call but everything has failed. I have lost a total of $950 dlls for a trip I never took.

Does anyone know of a class action against them??? How can I get my money back? I spoke to a lawyer and he recommend to request a refund directly from the State of FLorida, does anyone know the process?
