For a company whose business is customer service - they sure are lacking in that department. I know that it is my responsibility to read every line before clicking OK, but you would think that they would at least be willing to make their customers happy.

There is only a small line at the end of the webpage that lets you know that there cannot be any changes or cancellations once a booking is made. And don't even try phoning their customer service line. If they don't cut you off (by mistake according to them), they will give you their standard line "You initalled the Terms & Conditions to continue, so we cannot help you". Thanks alot!

Maybe making the fact that you are about to charge my credit card a little more visible would help.
