Here is an email documentation, I forwarded to both Ryan Growney and Shelley White.  I have stayed at your hotel 100's of times since opening and have spent well over $100k in 5 years, through parties, hotel stays, spa, gambling, bachelor parties, etc. I can not believe the horrible service over my past few stays.  The most appalling thing is the fact that Shelley White, either did not adequately investigate my claim or she is a liar.  I even chronicled my December stay on your facebook page, so she could see the history.  I offered witness statements but she would not listen.  This whole situation has caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety. At this point since I have had no resolution, I have forced the BBB to reopen the case and I am providing witness statements, I have reported on Yelp and TravelAdvisor about the manner I have been treated and now I am filing a small claim action against you as the owner, since your staff is inadequate at best.

Here is the content on my email to her:

I know you saw my comments on FB, my name is Hadley Hodgkin, please forward this information to Shelley White the room number I stayed in was 2511 for Dec 11 -12, she can find all the details on the FB wall, I dont care to keep repeating this, I am aware that I will no longer be patronizing your establishment but with all of the issues I really feel she should refund my money. I am in no way trying to take advantage of the situation, too many things went wrong and I just think the right thing to do is refund, the front desk should have the number of times I called them and the two engineers that came up can support my facts. Please have her respond by email.  Thank you for your assistance.

LikeHadley Hodgkin Everything was here and I called them 5 times, I doubt changing rooms would have fixed the internet or tv since the engineer said he knew it was happening late at night.I never use the phone but to call room service and I think they hate me for complaining.December 13, 2011 at 12:31am  · LikeHadley Hodgkin And after the last experience when the front desk person argued with me in front of customers and I was right, I just dont have the energy to fight anymore this year. We have stayed there frequently but after reading the email you forwarded and there insulting response we wont stay there ever again. I can not believe the response in that email, it is like they are calling you a liar with 12 -14 witnesses. I work for a Strip hotel and if we ever treated a customer like that we would be suspended or fired. The thing that really amazes me is how many parties and events you have had their and that doesnt even include the times you have stayed or brought people.

How many rooms did you book there for those bachelor parties??
