happy new year, to you all. thank God they is a website like this that would attend to people problems.

some time last year, september 2009, i was billed to travel to america, for a global congress in florida. As a project manager, it was necessary to attend such a professional congress process. After confimation from PMI.ORG of my attentance. i had to book a hotel reservation with tripres.com, but later cancelled the hotel booked very early to avoid any form of panalty. i sent a mail to there customer care that i have cancelled the booking, but they sent a mail that they will look into my issue and send my refund.

 Till today, i have not received my refund. please assist me. thanks
