1 Stop Maintenance Just Declared Bankruptcy, NEVER PAID New York New York

Our small mom and pop business signed a contact with this man (Brett Finkelstein) years ago and always had this problem with oayments being short and or never arriving. we provided services for about 3 years and notified them with a 30 day notice per their request in the contract 3 different times and were always asked to reconsider. they always sent us everything owed which for the first 2 years wasnt't more then $3,000 at a time our final notice came in august of 2012 for work performed Jan 2012-Aug 2012. it has been almost a year to the date that we ceised our services and are still owed $11,475. I have spoken to Brett,Harvey, Danielle, Sherine,Monica, Maharajie, kerrie Boggs(in ohio). even had the CEO and his father ( harvey) direct cell, and was always promised payment that never sememed to arrive. i called about 2 weeks ago to follow up and was told by Maharajie that Mr. Harvey Finkelstein and the new person in charge of AP( who never replies to emails, phone calls, is always running late and stops taking calls after 1pm EST but is never there earlier to answer anything) were refussing to take my call she stated he could hear me from where he was after i read Brett state his firm has been trying to make things right and even saying he is willing to pay intrest on passed due invoices. I pray no one contracts this THIEF for anything.
