 Good Chance They are Fake

AUTHOR: NWFilms - (United States of America)

SUBMITTED: Wednesday, April 07, 2010

1. File a CC claim, If its been less than 60 days maybe 90? You can file a CC claim. If you have the dvds, just send them back, and put a tracking number on it, You have to provide that number and you will win your CC claim. If you dont have them. File a claim and let them know you did not get them.. He will have to prove you got them, again you will win your claim..

2. There has been a guy out of Warrick RI selling fake dvds for years and years.. I bought some.. 99.999 percent chance this is the same guy.. If to much time has passed contact the maker of the dvds.. If its tmw media, talk to leslie tell you have fake dvds from Todd Krueger, they know who he is, Most likely they will want those dvds and give you real ones, Championship productions will do the same.. They all know him Human Kinetics also knows Him, they will most likely replace them as well. If they are sport america dvds, get on their website and call the 800 number. Tell them where you got them, great chance they know him and will replace them as well.

3. Lastly, Here is a blogger post from 2004 who purchased a fake baseball Dvd from Todd Krueger in Warrick, RI in 2004.  Search Cyb3rspy and Todd Krueger on google, You can read his post.. about a fake baseball coaching dvd.

K & A Books Sent out wrong DVD's, promised to replace them an he never did after numerous e-mails Warwick Rhode Island Internet

On February 17, I purchased a collection of football coaching dvds for $152. I still have not received my order. I have called and left numerous emails trying to track my order.  I even tried contacting Todd Krueger himself on Youtube and Facebook, only to get no response. I would advise anyone against purchasing anything from Footballtools.com.

Ordered specific DVDS. The wrong ones were sent. I sent e-mail explaining wrong ones were sent. Krueger sent e-mail stating to keep the them as a gift and the correct ones would be sent out immediatly. After, lots of follow up over a year ago still no replacements. Its a scam. I think he ships whatever he has in stock and tells you he will ship the correct ones so you do not contest the credit card charge.

Truth in RipOff Report

AUTHOR: Todd Krueger - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, February 24, 2015

Hi! My name is Todd Krueger former NFL Quarterback. I’d like to address the comments and remarks made in this report.

It is true that the 5 Star Football Training Academy was not able to hold many of the promoted camps in 2014. First, understand that I am a football QB coach and current member of the NFL Alumni (#KRU010). I have trained well over 1500 middle, high school, and college quarterbacks. Ninety-two (92) of my students have gone on to receive scholarships at the college level and I have been ranked by Bleacher Report as one of the Top 10 Quarterback coaches in USA. I am a regular training coach for FBU and NextGen Football Camps as well as conducting one-on-one private and group QB training on my own. So when it came to scheduling the 5-Star Football camps in 2014, I hired outside help to market, promote and fill these events.

Unfortunately, the individual I hired was found to be miss-handling funds and was fired from my organization. In addition this individual had not fulfilled their responsibility to negotiate site contracts or market and fill the 5 Star or play60 camps and we were force to cancel all the camps mentioned. My organization has refunded 100% of all monies received and has never accepted funds for services that were not completed.

My objective is to help young men prepare for the demanding challenge of playing Quarterback at the High School level with the anticipation of accepting a College Scholarship. I strive to help every young man I train to reach this goal at the level that is equal to their skills, be it DI, DII or DIII.

If you still have questions as to my legitimacy, please feel free to contact me directly at (401) 316-2477 or email me at: nflqbtoddkrueger@gmail.com . I will be happy to supply you references for either my individual training or one of my camps.

Thank you – Coach Todd

5 Star Quarterback Training Academy Scam - It happened to me too

AUTHOR: richar23 - ()

POSTED: Thursday, June 05, 2014

I am disturbed to find this information about this camp! I wish I would have seen it before I registered my son.  This would answer a lot and why I have not seen a refund from Todd Krueger for the camp that did not happen.  My complaint on Todd Kreuger and the 5 Star Quarterback Training Academy is as follows:

On 12 December 2014 I registered my son to attend the 5 Star Training Academy that was to take place on March 2nd, 2014 (Afternoon Session - Wide Receivers). I received a confirmation email for the order.

On 24 February 2014 I received the below email:

5 Star Football Training Academy
NFL QB Todd Krueger
Ph: 401-316-2477

Memo: This notice is in regards to the Skills Camp Competition on March 2, 2014 Marietta, GA.

Dear Sir / Madam,

First we would like to thank you for having your son participate the 5 Star Football Training Academy’s Skills Camp Competition to be held in Marietta, GA on March 3, 2104.

Due to the inclement cold weather for the upcoming week here in GA, we at 5 Star feel that it would be best to reschedule this Camp. The new date for this Camp is now scheduled for Saturday April 12, 2014. Your registrations will be honored and our hope that it’s much warmer by then.

Looking forward to seeing you on our new Camp date and hope this has not caused any inconvenience to you or your son. Please remember to bring football and bottled water to the Camp.

If you have any questions or require a refund, please feel free to send me an email or give me a call at 401-316-2477

Sincerely
Todd Krueger

On 24 February 2014 I responded to him questioning about the weather, because it was supposed to be beautiful weather that weekend.  He in turn responded and said the following:

Michele,

Sorry for any confusion, with the two snow storms and Feb. break, we got feedback from many of the high schools coaches to reschedule the 5 Star NFL Football Camp and Competition.

Let me know if you can still make the Saturday April 12th date?

Thanks Coach Todd

On 24 February 2014 I responded and told him that April 12th would be fine and we would be there.

On 10 April 2014 I noticed that I hadn't received any itinerary for the camp or any communication leading up to the day of the camp that had been rescheduled on April 12th.  I emailed Todd Krueger and asked him was he going to be sending out an itinerary.  I checked the website and now there was no listing for the April 12th camp, it now said May 31st.  I emailed him questioning this matter.

On 11 April 2014 he responded with the below:
M,

Sorry not enough sign ups for April!

Will send a credit card refund.

Sorry
Thanks Coach Todd

On 16 April 2014 I emailed him to let him know that I had not received a refund yet.

On 26 April 2014 I sent another email because he had not responded to my April 16th email, asking for my refund.  He responded with this email:
M,

I'm in Boston QB training.

Take care of it next week.

Sorry, Thanks

Coach Todd

On May 4 2014 I emailed Todd Krueger to again find out where my refund was...no response.

On May 16 2014 I emailed Todd Krueger again to find out where my refund was. He responded with the below email:
Michelle,

I double checked on all the refunds for the GA 5 Star Camps.

What name did you register and pay your credit card with?

I show no Richardson last names in my UltraCart System.

Just checked it today?

Thanks Coach Todd

On May 16 2014 I responded to let him know the date I had resgistered and I even forwarded him the email I received containing the order number and how much was charged to my credit card.  Also checked my bank statement and there was a charge from K&A Books 401-3162477 RI.  I told him this as well. He responded with the below email:
M,

I'm sorry, can't find this order.

Can you please email your mailing address, will send out a check for $147.00 today.

Sorry Thanks

On May 16 2014 I emailed him back my mailing address.

On May 27 2014 I emailded Todd Krueger to inquire where my refund check was that he was supposed to be mailing.

On Jun 1 2014 I emailed Todd Krueger again to inquire where my refund check was...no response.

I have struggled with reporting him, because I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I am a huge supporter of football in our community and I refuse to see someone like him take advantage of our community.  This man needs to be stopped!

As of May 16th, Todd Krueger's email address is nflqbtoddkrueger@gmail.com.  His phone number is 401-316-2477.
