Ordered microsoft office 2010, got email claiming it was shipped, WRONG, then get bogus email with download link, which was another lie. THESE PEOPLE BELONG BEHIND BARS and myself and CAPITAL ONE FRAUD are going to do just that to these ill legitimate b*******, until then I will keep calling their 800 # to jack up their phone bill.

These people are criminals and belong behind bars, enough said.
