First I have to say that I am not shocked to see these comments. I worked for this company for over 4 years. At first I thought it was great but then I started to see the 'real' company.  John Sheppard is a racist and manipulative idiot! During my time with the company I heard too many times to count 'those monkeys got to go' or 'we have too many middle easterners'. On many occassions he also made sexual comments (male and female). Unfortunately I was terrified to lose my job and never told. Anyone who works for this company knows it would not have made a difference anyway. How many lawsuits have Mr. Sheppards name attached in one way or another? I dont understand how he is able to get away with treating people the way he does. If he does not like you he will make a plan to get you out. Yes, he will 'set you up'! He does not care about employees, he does not care about his customers either. He (and company) have no morals or ethics. Wonder if their vendor Vito Construction took the Executive team on the all expenses paid yearly fishing trip in Ocean City again??  I guess this is how Vito keeps their business -- it surely isnt for their 'great' construction work!!! I could go on and on ---   but hey, if you want to 'light one up' with him he is game! Word has it he purchases from one of the restaurant managers and there is proof of the 'transaction.

So DONT trust him... Dont work for this company! You will regret it!!

And how could I forget??   Watch out for Mr. Dunlap (Security) -- he will do survellience on you at your home and business. Cant imagine this being legal???

I am currently employed by one of ADF's Pizza Hut, and I'm only holding on to this job as a source of income. But something has to be done to shut the entire ADF company down. If anyone has a way please feel free to respond, they need to be taught that you cant treat people the way they do, not only in the district I work in, but all over America.

John Sheppard has no knowlege with what going on. He fired any one just say that is not right. I work with many reigon coaches and the worse is John Sheppard. He is supported by one of the top management in ADF. Ask those who work in DC before . They will tell you more about him.
