AFNI has reported a non-existent  debt to credit bureaus stating that i have $200 in collections. The original creditor is reported a T-MOBILE. I have had no T-mobile accounts in the past few years and do not have any outstanding balance. I have had no collections notices and was unaware of this listing until my current landlord informed when she ran a credit check before i moved in.

What could i have this removed from my credit report?
