ASSURANT SOLUTIONS / T-MOBILE INSURANCE CLAIMS ALBURQUERQUE New Mexico

 T-Mobile insurance company is a complete ripoff. I purchased a Galaxy S4 phone from T-mobile and because they no longer offer discounted phones for contract renewal you are forced to pay for your phone all at once or at a monthly fee for a period of 2 years in which you may pay between$600-$700 for a phone. Less than 6 weeks ago I filed a claim and was told that I would have to pay a deductible of $175 dollars. I could not afford the deductible and the time the claim was made. I pay greater than $200 per year for Assurant Solutions with T-moble and I am told that I will have to make a deductible each time I file a claim with them. It will take me over 15 months to finish paying $600 price for the phone with an additonal claim amount of $175 for a total of $775 for one phone. So, if I happened to file a claim within the time period of my completed the payment of the phone I will have paid $950 for one phone. Who can afford that.

I even had a representative tell me that it is just like auto insurance when I complained of the insurance faultiness. How rude! An automobile is a mean of daily living, cost more and more expensive. How can you make such a comparison to an item that is used for pleasure? What a ripoff?

I wish that I could get out of the contract with T-mobile but I can't for another three years. I also though about trying to convert to the no-contract phone, but I will still have to pay the full amount of the phone and a higher deductible for the phone or no insurance at all.
