AWC Greg Paid for the creation of a Website never finished Internet

I paid USD 299 AWC in order to create a website for my company  . Greg told me that it will take only 4-5 Days to get it done once he receives the payment  .  It has been now 1 month and a half that the payment has been done and the website is still not done and i doubt that it will be done one day . I keep calling him but he doesn't answer the phone so i asked him by Email to give me a call but he didn't . I asked him to reimbursment what i have paid since i cannot wait any longer to get it done and needs to use another company to do it . Without my website i cannot advertise for my company  which occurs a lost of revenue . He doesn't answer the phone or Emails .
