Adept Management / MARY ELIZABETH BOLCHALK SCAM Las Vegas, Nevada

I am a current Board member who has hired Adept Management Services.  I had one of their competitors refer me to this site.  I guess they were hoping reading this would form some lasting negative opinion regarding Adept Management.  Needless to say this did not work.  Fact is it got me wondering why anyone would make such unsubstantiated claims against an A+ rated company by the Better Business Bureau

Reading the comments made about following due diligence prior to hiring this or any other company was the only comment  that was of any worth.  Anyone hiring a company should.  If they don't and find themselves in a pickle they have no one to blame but themselves.

That being said, these type of sites, where anyone can make whatever comment they choose with absolutely no proof or required back up information to substantiate their claims, are laughable.  Everyone reading these reports should do so with a gain of salt.   

Our Board of 266 units did our homework and found that Adept Management Services was highly regarded by all of its HOA Board members, of which they have plenty.  We found that most of their clients had been serviced by Adept Management for over 12 to 15 years!  This is a commendable feat in the HOA industry!  Moreover the owner, Mary Bolchalk, has an outstanding record and over 30 years experience in the Property Management field... I could not think of another company where the owner is present at all your board meetings.  Mary is!  Crystal heads their accounting department and is an exceptional person to deal with...She is patient, responsive and goes out of her way to help those who call her.

Anyone with any sense need not look on this site for referals or recommendations and should question any negative comments being made (What is the "Authors" motive?  Were they turned into the collection agency because they failed to pay their dues, have they failed to follow an established policy that they agreed to follow and are now having to pay fines that the BOARD instructed the management company to assess against this person or persons writing on this site or are they just disgruntaled because they could not get their way?), do your own research and consider the source of these comments. Every management company will have disgruntaled residents...It's a nature of the beast!  To say the company or the owner is a Fraud because they are doing their job and following the directives of the Board is plain wrong...  I have this to say to the these individuals..."Show me the proof"...Won't take much to post proof on this site and give all the contact information for verification. 

I am proud to have hired Adept to service our community.  We have had Adept as our management firm for over a year and we are extremely satisfied and pleased with their performance.  Their staff is excellent, courteous and helpful.  We get our calls returned in a timely manner and our concerns addressed promptly...They are aggressive in collection efforts and are an asset for any Board looking for a knowledgable, professional and experienced Property Management firm.  I highly recommend them!!

I think the original post is action-able. The error is in the words "are complete frauds" should have used the words "may be complete frauds". The thing is can the poster be sued from the available posted info, HUMMM?

The original poster hasn't forced anyone to ready anything.  If you made the decision to read this post it was done at your own discretion. I don't see anything wrong with this posting.  The poster feels that this company and its owners are frauds.  The poster also asked that if anyone has been scammed by these people, that they contact the authorities.

If Adept Management and its owners are not frauds they have nothing to worry about.

Show us the proof you have, make your case...just going around shooting off at the mouth, slandering a company and it's owner is idiotic...
