Affluent Travel VIP Limousine Poor Service - Wants to charge customers for extras that are not in contract Boardman, Ohio

Rented a 48 passenger bus for a wedding this past weekend. Affluent Travel / VIP Limousine wanted all money up front which is fine.The driver for this even was the owner (Jeff Snook). He was rude to everyone. He did no help anyone off of the bus. Had one elderly gentleman fall which could have been prevented. He did not even help the wedding party off the bus. He made them walk a long distance to get on the bus when he could have picked them up. Very unprofessional.

The 48 passenger bus broke down on the first trip to the reception. He went back and traded it out for a smaller bus that held about 30 people. This smaller bus would not hold all the people so the owner had to make two trips. He made lady who rented the bus pay an extra $100 in cash before he would even leave the parking lot. It was not our fault he had a smaller bus.

One passenger got sick on the bus. He demanded $100 to clean it up when someone stated they would clean it up. The passenger left his cell phone on the bus and held it ransom before he would give him the cell phone. After a call to the Boardman Ohio Police Department the cell phone was given to the officer.

Not sure what type of scam this owner is running, but when you do something nice for guest for a wedding and you have this type of customer service it really spoils the evening.
