WE asked you to help us with a 30 year fixed rate and lower our payment . cause ilostmy job, my husband is a truck driver, was doing great till the company slowed down when we asked for help since september 2009, we did all what you asked of us.. THEN when  my husband truck broke,he had to work driving another truck making only 300 a week and some times 400. a wk. now your saying we turned down trail offers. and modification offers that are not true.why would we turn it down or any other offers down if we are trying to save our home.IT does not make sence to us.you say we could of been eligible for the potential 5000.00 unpaid principal balance reduction payments offered by the U .S. TREASURY.    YOU stated on this letter that we rejected the home affordable modification trail period plan offer on...... NO DATE WHY IS THAT.....stated reason;none cause their is none. i want some one to please help us before it is to late we have all  the proof you will need....all paperwork you will need for a lawyer to see, we need help with a lawyer to listen and someone on t.v. to help  expose this company for what  it is.   news channel 8,9, bay news 10. anybody, please take time for us.
