I have known Alane since we were 10 years old! She grew up with dogs/cats her whole life and would never abuse a dog or even think about selling an animal to science!!!! She is an amazing mother, friend and human being. She loves all animals. This Tonya woman seems like a nut and thought she could get away with selling sick puppies. Tonya is the sicko and should be banned from having animals. ALANE IS NOT AN ANIMAL ABUSER!!

Ripoffreport.com as you can see in all of these rebuttals that Tonya is the basket case and not my wonderful, caring, and TRUTHFUL love of my life. I kindly ask that you remove this FALSE, DEFIMATING, and overall garbage SLANDER of a post directed towards my girlfriend.

This has our PRIVATE, UNLISTED phone number and address on here and we aren't even a business this is our home. TONYA is the one who needs to be criminally investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for STEALING, SLANDER, and DEFIMATION OF CHARACTER. You are garbage and a bottom feeder of society with a vendetta out towards good people who expect you to keep YOUR word and not steal or sell sick dogs. You are a LOSER and waste of human space.

Once again politely asking Ripoffreport.com to please remove this complaint as you can clearly see it is completely FALSE and littered with lies.

Tonya you are still on this? You are just made because we all backed out from getting your puppies. You allowed me to bring home 2 puppies before they were even 4 weeks old. Came back and took them from me because someone threatened to call animal control on you. And when you figured out my 2 pups were the only healthy ones out of the litter because they were being well taken care of and didn't get poinsoned! Then, you gave Nichole a sick puppy at 4 weeks old. And when she kept asking you questions about her poor sick baby, you told her to bring the puppy back and gave her all her money back. Alane, you kept telling her, even told me that you were scared Alli (the puppy) was not going to make it. So Alane decided to not get her from you. And you threw a fit. Still have yet to return her deposit. And you NEVER said that it was non refundable. And even if it wasn't a sick puppy is proper grounds to return deposit. Look it up. And then you got all a*s hurt because those 2 went somewhere else, to an AMAZING breeder, and are getting HEALTHY REGISTERED PUPPIES. Cheaper doesn't even put a dent into the situation. Registration is NOT cheaper. Educate yourself. You are older then all three of us. And yet we have dropped it, and you are STILL going. Seriously. Do you need a d**n straight jacket? And selling to science. Ok for one, where the hell do you even go about to sell an animal to science? And saying I keep taking in Danes and selling them to science. I take in RESCUES and place them in their forever home. I currently don't even have any Danes. I have my huskies. Which one is 8 and I've had him his WHOLE LIFE and the female is 2 and again, have had her for her entire life! You just need to get a frickin life. You need to stop making fake facebooks, leave people alone and stop the harrasment. It is becoming ridiculous. Honestly, my 2 year old acts more mature then you. You decided to do this because you could no longer make a quick dollar from selling us those puppies. It is heart breaking because I became attached to my 2 babies. Getting up with them every 2 hours feeding them puppy formula and taking them to the bathroom, playing and socializing them. Nichole as well. You took their mother away at 3 weeks, and Nichole and I worked our asses off taking care of those little babies. And you dragged Alane on and on. Even called me a few times a day worried about what to do with Alli. Cmon now. Grow up. Get a life. And stop speading lies because you didn't get your way and its now time to throw a fit. Go take your meds and lock yourself in a padded room. 

I have founf out first hand that this person is a sicko. I am owner at Nickel's & Dime Great Dane  I HAVE NEVER in my ife have seen someone that is that sick, TONY is a lier and a thief !  She has stole money from lot's of people from them putting deposit down on GD's and she will sell the same baby over and over and never  give them there deposit back !   She has made it harder on us as Breeders . She is  a BYB and should be shut down. She would not let our partner do a walk throw when we said we want to buy one of her puppie's. She said they were AKC and then turned around and said no They are CKC , And now she is claiming they had never had there shots or anything. ANYWAYS The girls that she is caliming this BS about is TOTAL BS !!! As a Breeder WE even checking into all the stuff . AND OMG that TONY has made 6 or more screen names to bask anyone that says something about her ! That right there SHOWS She is a SICKO !

I can't believe what i read in regards to Alane. Her and her partner wanted a puppy, they thought they were dealing with someone that had a little decency and better character, but this lady who is now making disgusting false allegations against Alane, is ONLY making them because Alane tried to get her to honor the Health guarantee that comes with MANY dogs! My family bred dogs for years and graciously honored anything that they guaranteed the new owners. This lady has an issue in admitting to her morr than likely illegal and definitely immoral practices and is henceforth SLANDERING and committing defamation of character, and LIBEL! To make these horrid accusations simply to withdraw her responsibility as a responsible breeder is DEPLORABLE and at the very least the dog breeder should be SUED for damaging Alanes name just to cover her own! Maybe an investigation should be launched, perhaps there is mistreatment of these puppies on the breeders part, she seems pretty well versed and rehearsed in degrading peoples character!

So sad to see that this beautiful couple who simply wanted a new addition to their family have to deal with the likes of twisted individuals such as Tonya. Had she honored her health guarantee, none of this would have happened. Don't buy a dog from this lady!!! She is nothing but dishonest!! I hope her accusations can be wiped away, Alane and her partner do NOT deserve to have their name tainted due to someone elses unwillingness to be responsible! 

Alane is one of the nicest people in the world. She wouldn't hurt a fly. Her and her life partner wanted a puppy to raise and give a great home. The failure of the breeder to perform due diligence on proper chemical usage was absent. Tonya being a breeder should know that yard treatments are bad for puppies. Now she is trying to cover her back by making aggregious allegations against Ms. Chase. FOR SHAME ON TONYA!!!! 

This is completely ridiculous, all lies, and SLANDER.  I am Alane Chase's boyfriend/life partner and we were more than happy at first to do business with Tonya because we were looking to add a puppy to our family.  THERE WAS NO CONTRACT INVOLVED, which she says in her report, as Alane Chase gave a 200$ deposit for a HEALTHY puppy which it was at first, and was told if the dog becomes ill we would get our money back. 

Then this woman decided to introduce a bunch of chemicals onto her lawn in which our puppy we chose, didn't know any better, proceeded to lick up/eat the chemicals that were introduced to her lawn, and became very ill.  We have SAVED, AUTHENTIC, UNDOCTORED messages from Tonya saying that the dog is not doing good and that she is very sorry and will refund us our deposit. 

Since then we have not recieved our deposit back and this crazy joke is threatening lawsuit towards us.  We have screenshots of her threatening to sue multiple people as well.  We also have proof of her selling and sending pups home early aged 3-4 weeks only which is ILLEGAL.

Tonya is a "backyard" breeder who doesnt care about anything other than making money off of her poor dogs, ILLEGALLY selling them at younger ages than the law states, and not showing proper care for the little ones( EXP spraying her lawn with poisonous chemicals with puppies around). Alane and I are exhausting every legal option we have, and are entitled to, and have been in contact with local authorities, lawyers etc to see that this matter gets resolved in our favor.  People like her should not be allowed to STEAL MONEY, and SLANDER peoples good reputations just because we backed out of a deal because she didn't properly take care of the puppy we wanted. As I stated earlier in my rebuttal, we have UNDOCTORED AUTHENTIC documents of her saying she will refund us our money for HER LACK OF CARE.  AND SHE IS ACTING LIKE THIS ALL OVER 200$ that she more than likely already spent.

And by the way Tonya, just to add on top of your lies, the person we are going through isn't cheaper it is more expensive but most importantly, HEALTHY, REGISTERED, LEGAL, and thank goodness for this....A NORMAL PERSON THAT IS TRUTHFUL.  I am not apologetic for this rant I just need the world to see how much of a filthy LIAR, THIEF, and SLANDERER Tonya is and trying to ruin a wonderful persons name like my girlfriends with a slew of lies just goes to show the type of garbage human being you are.  Take care and God Bless....

I personally know Alane and I can state 100% positively that this report is full of made up false information that could not be further from the truth.  I am shocked at how untrue these allegations are.  This is a SEVERE case of defamation of character that needs to be removed and brought to court as a civil issue.  The lady who posted this is obviously insane and full of anger to make all of this up irrationally.  I think the most insane part of this post is that it states "resell to science"!  WOW!

You should be ashamed of yourself!  How unprofessional!  Hope you get sued for defamation of character.  You are miserable pathetic human being with no soul!  How can you even sleep at night????

I will ask my good friend who is a top notch lawyer in Chicago (received his law degree from Harvard) his thoughts on this issue if it is not removed immediately.  This must be brought to court if it is not removed immediately. 

I wonder if a false claim such as this can brought up as a criminal charge rather than a civil case...sure seems to be criminal in my eyes.

Tonya you are a sick woman!!! Idk why you are freaking out simply because u sold me a sick puppy and for $500 i deserve a healthy puppy. I took him back to you and got a puppy from someone else. Get over it! Alane and I were nothing but nice to you. My puppy i had gotten from u wouldnt eat, barlet drink and had watery poops and whined when he pooped. I took him back because he was very sick. No reason for u to start hating on me. And how could u say that me and alane wanted pups for science...thats so wrong and nasty!! I hate people like u and your just mad bc alane, me and allie told everyone how u sold sick pups an how u wont gove alane her money back when u clearly said u thought her puppy wasny gunna make it. Your soo mentally messed up!!! Im glad i dont have to deal with u anymore. Oh and btw our pups me and alane are getting are MORE than what u were selling yours for. 

These buyers would not pick up their puppies at 3 weeks of age the buyers whom did quickly gave them back they were lethargic and had ingested yard weed killer they had sever scalding and let's face it came from a back yard breeder now that the info is out here this wack job, she's trying to get POOR ME POOR ME, she's spreading false statements and lies all around Facebook craigslisted and anywhere else she can! selling for sience? Really sounds like they backed out and you wouldnt give back their deposits and your upset that they told EVERYONE what you did. Your nothing but a greedy money hungry animal abuser who breeds anything with a uterus despite the possible hip issues, sickness and all other issues. Sorry not sorry you get what you deserve Tonya. THis report was filed in reaction to a report that was filed against TONYA!!! There is zero evidence of any of this and this report is just a rebuttal to the bad things listed about Tonya. There is all sorts of evidence against her. This is slander and ILLEGAL!!!!

Iam guessing you would know how many are in shelters you and the others along with Melissa Clatcher and her mother Dallie seen as that is how you support yourselves getting animals from shelters and selling them. I can prove everything you have said is a lie. Please leave the poor animals alone . Find a real job . Beware of these women

 You are the animal abuser!! Making your dog have litter after litter for your greed.  Guess you do not have a CLUE about how many unwanted animals are in shelters waiting for a forever home while you breed more dogs for your greed.  People like you make me sick.
