All Generations - Kirby Vacuum Company Ripoff Phoenix Arizona

On Feb 12 06 we were called by All Generations offering a free floor cleaning in exchange for our oppinnion of their cleaning system.

on Feburary 15 06 The man from All Generations showed up gave us a 2 hour demonstration and pressured us into buying a Kirby vacuume. Because of the three day guarantee if your not satisfied we agreed to buy one. We used our Bissel vacuume as a trade in.

The next day we were using the vacuume and discovered that some of the pieces were missing and some of the parts were broken. The vacuume was also very frusterating to use. So we called to cancel our order.

Feb 16 a man from All Generations showed up to pick up the Kirby vaccume but he did not bring our Bissel vacuume back. We let him take the Kirby anyways because we did not want to be responsible for the 3,000 doller vacuume.

In our contract it stated that they had 10 days to return our property. 10 days came and went and we did not ever see our Bissel vacuume. So now we are doing everything in our power to at least warn others of their bad business. We are also doing everything in our power to get our vacuume back.
