This is a formal complaint of the false and misleading propaganda the above company All Star Vacation Marketing Group is using to manipulate the public to get their so call vacation packages. Propaganda such as Disneyland Hotel, Disneyland Resort Theme Park tickets of course gets the attention of anyone. First, they promised you can stay in any hotel you desire including the Disneyland hotel at the location you choose for 3 nights and 2 days, along with free theme park tickets for the entire family, and not only that, they complement your stay with 4 nights and 3 days in a second location along with a cruse which all of it could be purchased for a low cost of $284.00. (See attached)

This is what happened to us, after being recorded several times with their details and agreements we made to their lies and false propaganda.

It turns out to be a big scam, not only was impossible to make reservations for this vacation but we also found out there were only 3 standard hotels available which were not the hotels we were told, only two tickets for the theme parks were given with the package as long as we sat down for 90 minutes to listen to a presentation regarding their vacation properties. This is outrageous!!!!!

Supposedly, we were able to request the Disneyland hotel at Anaheim CA, along with four tickets and not paid any additional fees. The reservation fee was $29.00, our final confirmation indicated a different location, Garden Grove not Anaheim and we were told only two Disneyland tickets will be given to us. In Several occasions we indicated we wanted to take our children to Disneyland for vacation and told them we would need four tickets for the entire family. This incident really frustrated us and after finding this was a scam and all the information was misleading and false we told them we wanted to cancel the reservation and get a refund. The reply we got from their customer service department was that the purchase we had made was non-refundable. We are so disappointed and frustrated to the fact that this type of companies made their millions by selling false and misleading propaganda. We are not going to tolerate this. The final situation with our case was that we were forced to cancel everything to avoid getting charge an additional $75.00 fee. We want to extend our disagreement and frustration and would like to make bad publicity of this company and alert the public so they won't have to deal with this type of scams.
