Started getting rude calls, probably related to a discontinued Direct TV account, in which they billed for events 2 years old after cancellation (and maybe not even consumed). They want personal information without giving any. They say it is a personal call, but they admit they do not even know me. I am sure there will be more to come.

Suffice it to say they are rude.
