American Home Shield Still waiting to receive the service PAID for Memphis, Tennessee

I called american home shield on a plumbing issue i'm having water is running down the side of the pipe, it's been alomost 2 months and the problem still exist. AHS sent out a plumber that was horrible all he was concerned with was getting his copay then he was nasty and uninterested in my issue. The house is a 2 family unit and I live upstair and i rent the downstairs. well the 1st plumber said he needed wholes in both bathrooms above and below the toilets, i went out on my own and got another opionon and i called AHS, so they sent someone else out well he said i need a 4by4 foot whole in the ceiling,i have someone come out and cut this whole. there were no pipes there. And i had to pay for this because really nothing is covered on these plans. the plumber comes back out and says he needs a larger whole. I'm not a plumber but even I know a larger whole is not going to fix the problem. because the leak was not in the ceiling it's running down the side of the wall. if i continued to cut the ceiling the upstairs toilet is going to be downstairs.  I have another person come out and he goes right to my leak, he cuts the whole in the side of wall and there is my problem, I called AHS again and they send the plumber out and because there was 4 inches left from the ceiling they would not do the job and AHS is giving me the run around about what the wall is made of when the wall is clearly drywall and should be covered.  So now my tenenat has 2 very large wholes in her bathroom wall  and i can not live in my apartment because i can not run water. All AHS says is they have to hear from the tech and he refuses to return my calls. At this point I would like for AHS to allow me to have my plumber fix the problem and they give me the service i pay for every month
