this shimsham flimflam business is the biggest khan you'll ever find. I was used, ripped off, stolen from, fraudulently used to further an illegal business & agenda. this business is operated by illegal aliens from pakistan & ecuador. 



The woman from ecuador, the pakistani's counter part used an american through marriage to access a fraudulent greencard. This is/was a sham marriage for illegal access to operate in the united states. She is known as patricia garcia ortega.



the man from pakistan who calls himself the "owner" is known as ricky khan. he is the money man for the business. he employ's illegal undocumented workers. some are mexican minors less than 17 years old. they are used and abused 7 days a week. paid minimal wages way below minimum wage.



most of the illegal activity is conducted at the 1745 location. in back of the building behind and/or under a condemned structure. illegal mechanic and body work and detailing being done to cover up the lemon damaged cars being bought in orlando and shipped to the 1745 address. All of this without licenses and or permits. they hide the damaged cars behind 1745 so they are not seen or discovered by anyone.



some of the undocumented/illegal mexicans are forced to eat and sleep either in the condemned structure behind 1745 or inside 1745 in a small 1 room 6-8 men to this 1 room. their meals and activities are regulated by ricky khan and his counter part patricia ortega. in other words they are kept as slaves.



all or most of the employee's involved in this business can't speak any understandable english. it is regular practice at this business to lie to the customers about any and all the cars being sold there. anything goes to make the sale and get rid of the customer after the sale so nothing is discovered about the business or it's employee's.



the employee's are instructed to do whatever it takes, up to and including illegal practices to deceive the customer either in the sale or in preparing the damaged cars for the sale. 



whenever any media or conned customer comes to the business to confront ricky khan or patricia ortega to discuss the deception the business conducts they run away to a undisclosed location they share/live together at. for instance july 2009 fox news atlanta i team discovered the shady business practices they use and confronted them and they ran away. 



this car dealer business should be investigated by local, state and federal authorities and appropriate actions should be taken to ensure they don't victimize anyone else in their shady khanning sham business and activities.
