American tire depot Miss leading advertisement Rancho Cucamonga California

I had a mail circular from my local American tire depot store for an $15.00 mail in Rebate on a valvoline full synthetic oil change that read see store for details coupon expires 03/31/14 service was done on 02/01/14 when I asked about rebate and showed them the circular the manager told me to go on American tire depot web site for the form but when I could not find it then he told me it was on volvoline/rewards.com and on that site there was only a reward card that ended on 12/31/13 and was not a rebate but a card good only at the store circular clearly states rebate. I then called the store manager on the phone and he said I don't know what to tell you. I believe this to be false advertising. Not sure where to go with this from here. What a rip off.
