Amsouth - Regions Bank ripoff on overdraft fees Hermitage Tennessee

do not trust internet banking. it is not correct and will cause you to overdraft. although one person will tell you yes use it, that is how i do my banking,then another person will tell you no do not go by that. so what is the point of having internet banking? i checked the web on a friday to make a withdraw from the atm for $200.00, it said i had available $288.00, and than i deducted all outstanding checks which would have left me around $20.00.

well needless to say somehow (probably with the help of a genie)i overdrew about 7 pending charges that were already deducted from the ledger balance which ended up costing me over $400.00 in fees. i argued with the bank for two weeks and got nowhere, because guess what, it wasn't bank error(it never is), and this isn't the only time it has happened. i hate amsouth bank, they are horrible people!
