First off, since I work there and here everyone in the room we start out by telling you our name. Our data base is real and my husband and I are using it to find our own home. I know it is updated all the time because I see the reports that come in every day. I tired of of seeing postings that are fake- I know they are fake because we all answer the phone starting with our name- this our competitor posting fake complaints - why do you have so much time on your hands ?? I found their customer service department quite helpful, they handled all title searches for me, at the same time I knew from the very beginning the program was $199, they tell you that up front, they are very clear about their refund policy as well, if you are not successful, you get five letters of denial and use the program for ninety days you get a refund. What is so hard to understand about that, there is nothing free these days, not even the phone you're using to harass these people with when you suggest give them a call to mess with them.

You are childish, if you don't have $199 to invest in your possibilities of getting a home, with no risk because of a GREAT refund policy, then you have absolutely no business looking to buy a home, grow up! I am now in the process of assuming a mortgage for the third time with the assistance of this company, while you crank call businesses I'll be increasing my wealth.
