I would also consider talking with a private attorney and seeing what my options were for suing Icon Security in a civil action for fraud. It sounds like to me they ripped you off and you should have a REFUND coming from them.

If Anderson Crenshaw Associates is claiming to be a law firm and they aren't, then you need to turn them over to the Texas Bar Association.

Send this third party scum agency debt collector a cease commications letter via certified mail with return receipt requested - keep copies of all these items
If they call you do not answer the phone!!
If they do sign the mail receipt then once they do if they call again they in violation of that cease communications letter
