Andrews International Will not do anything about my complaints or others. san antonio, Texas

I am disabled, soon to be a senior citizen also.  A man by the name of juan (janitor) kicked some trash at me while i was sitting talking to a friend.  And after he did that twice, i asked him why he did that, his response was:   you are supposed to clean up your own table and pick up trash on the floor. And complained about people leaving their tables dirty.  I told him first of all that is "YOUR" job which it is, and then he got really close to me, and i thought he was going to hit me.  Well i went to complain to his supervisor, Stanley, who does nothing but sit on his butt all day until lunch time, that is the only time he comes out of his office.  He does not come out to check on how the workers are doing, and to see if they are doing the job right (which they are not, believe me i know) he is down right lazy.

Also, after i made a complaint, mind you with a witness, and stanley said he would take care of this problem, the guy  was called into the office, and as he was passing by me and my witness he cussed at me, and tried to get me to fight by calling me names so i went back and told stanley.

After that incident, stanley sent a security guard by the name of Frank(we call him paul blart mall cop) you can imagine why, also no one likes this guy he not only harasses me but harasses others as well.  why does he still have a job.  why does juan still have a job, and why does stanley still have a job????

I have contacted the main headquarters for the mall, they just hang up on me, or they put me on hold for a long time.  I have also contacted Andrews International main headquarters, and they refuse to do anything about their security guard.

Leslie swanson who works for david simon the owner of rolling oaks mall, is one that hangs up on me, and puts me on hold. They also own Ingram Park Mall.  

On monday when i was leaving the mall, somebody tore off my antenna on my vehicle, it was there when i got there.  I then called the sapd, and they made a report, i asked the officer his advice, if this continues to happen, with the vandalism, and the harassment by mall employees especially Frank, he said keep calling and we will build up a case against Rolling Oaks Mall.

They, meaning somebody in the mall keeps vandalizing my other vehicle also.  No matter what vehicle i drive that day to the mall, it keeps getting vandalized.  The only reason i go to this mall, is because it is really close to my house, and with gas prices, don't get me started on that.  Anybody and everybody that reads this message, please contact Andrews Internationl, the location in Houston, tx.  and also call Leslie Swanson @ seven one three nine six six three five five seven, and tell them what you think about this treatment i am getting.  I can't give my name on here, but they will know who you are talking about.
