Ark LLc Foundation Repair & Waterproofing AM Professional WaterProofers Flood Basement,Damage New Capet and Floor Tile, Broke Water Line to Kitchen Sink, Aches and Pains from caring water from Kitchen to Bathroom, Mud and Rock in Floor Drain, Bad Methane(sewer order) in Fowlerville, Michigan

On 3/5/12 (Ark Foundation) Sales-Rep (Trace Shelley)came out to give an estimate on waterproofing the South Wall of our Basement Floor. On 3/9/12 I gave  Mr. Shelley a check for $1,000 down payment. On 3/12/12  contractor came out to do waterproofing. Just before the were finished, my kitchen sink had water come back-up. I let Mr.Brown know and I said then they have done something wrong with the waterproofing. Mr. Brown was sure they had not and said it just a pluming problem. On 3/9/12 I gave Contractor "Kiko a balance payment $485(paid in full) So this water back up continue. On 5/10/12 we left for vacation, return 5/15/12 are basement had flooded, the water was not dirty very clear and a very bad odor in basement.On 5/16/12 "Plumbing Professors" came out, he ask if any work had been don, yes we had this side waterproofed. Plumber said you need to have them back out, you have a serious problem. I call Mr.Shelley, while Plumber was still at our home, and they both talked about the problem. 
On 5/17/12 the same Plumber from "Plumbing Professors' came out again, recheck all the lines, all the lines clear, all except the Kitchen Line. Once again, contacted Waterproof personal, no response. On 5/19/12 Contractor Mr. Kiko"came out, said not their problem, plumber has done something wrong. Mr. Kiko but his hand down our floor drain and pulled out rocks, mud and we had no Ideal where this substance came from. Mr. Kiko  said  You needed a Plumber. We now have a Lawyer, a/c still no use of Kitchen Sink, unable to run water a/c will Flood Basement again. On 5/24/12 Mr. Rooter came out, again, who every did your water proofing has cause some major damages. On 6/8/12 we had American Sewer Cleaners" come out this time with a Camera. The camera only went into the pipe 2 ft, and found rocks. I never realize people avoid responsibility. And the funny thing about all this " WE DEPEND ON THE YELLOW PAGES INFORMATION".
So now it is going on 3 months, and still no results, and still carrying water from my Kitchen to the Bathroom in order to wash my dishes, My husband is 64, I am 60 years old, Both Retires. So now we just have to wait, when I call "Ark" they say it is not their problem, so who's problem is it, I did not call the Contractor "AM Prof. Waterproofers" I called "Ark". And we can't understand why the world is like it is today. Read this and you will get your answer. No one want to take responsibility for the damages they do to other, yet they want the business.
