Arrow Financial Services - AFS Holdings - Blatt Hasmiller Leibsker & Moore LAW FIRM ARE ALL SCAMS WITH OFFICES & PRINCIPLES EVERYWHERE Chicago Illinois

I kept receiving calls from Blatt Hasenmiller, Leibaker, Moore LLC re old debt that had transferred from one creditor (Providian) bought out by WAMU. WAMU sent me a letter addressed "To the Estate of XXXXX-XXXX" as if I had died requesting I call their probate dept.

After many calls and no explanations I recv'd a second letter exactly the same. I made more phone calls but there was never any resolution. Then my monthly statements stopped coming in the mail. Then a third letter "to the estate of" arrived.

To this day, WAMU would never disclosed who informed them of "my so called death". It was all a scam from the beginning with bogus letters being sent.

At this point I couldn't get anyone at WAMU to correct this or tell me where they were getting this information. WAMU stopped sending statements altogether. I then received calls from WAMU's collections dept and wouldn't help resolve, just wanted the money. Well, I wanted answers. WAMU stopped calling. I guess written off the debt, I still don't know.

Now three years later Arrow Financial has filed a Civil Action & Judgment against me, utilizing the law firm of Blatt Hasenmill Leibaker, Moore LLC.-David C Jenkins.

I could not find physical addresses or phone #'s on any of these people so I put my skills to work. If anyone is experiencing any of the same issues it appears that AFS Holdings LLC (Illinois address) is the parent company of Arrow Financial Services LLC (Maryland address) which is only an entity name.

Blatt Hasenmiller does utilize a physical address in Harrisburg PA, but the main office of the company resides on Wacker Ave in Illinois along with AFS Holdings. Kenneth Wake is the President of Blatt Hasenmill, as far as the filing with the bureau of corporations in Illinois.

As far as responding, I would definitely send certified mail, return receipt requested and search for the addresses. I don't suggest any phone calls to these people. If anyone wants to respond, I can provide further info.

Seems these scumbags have been sued by the State of Illinois in the past and are somehow still operating. The names and contact info of all 4 principals of AFS Holdings LLC are also published if anyones interested.

All of these companies are connected, with various offices performing separate functions and all the money going into the pocket of the 4 AFS principals. IT IS ALL A SET UP!!!!
