this is the worst furniture store i have ever dealt with!!! ordered furniture in august had to wait until mid october they called 2 days before delivery and said oh we don't have your stuff anymore. he said i knew about it and if i wanted my credit i had to bring back the leather cleaner and mattress pad. which we were told were being given to us. they finally gave us a credit but still charged for the mattress pad that was a gift. sleazy and such incredibly poor customer service. the "acting manager" had no people skills and the regular manager never told us to bring it back. go to jeromes they were so much nicer and got our stuff that day!!!
