Assistant District Attorney office in East Aurora, NY Non-voilent crimes NOT a career booster for Erire county A.D.A Buffalo, New York

On March, 23rd 2012 when I found out that Robert J Bellinger of PMG lending, formerly operated out of 15 Temple Place, East Aurora, NY, 14052, 716-870-8786, stole my familys life savings under the pretence of being a Mortgage Lender/Originator. I promptly filed a report with the Lake County Police Department in Crown Point IN, 46307 and took further steps like:
 1. Filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office of NY
2. Filed a complaint with the F.B.I in Merrillville Indiana
3. Spoke to F.B.I agent in Buffalo, NY.
4. Filed a complaint with Consumer Protection Bureau.
5. Filed a complaint with on the USPS website.
6. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Buffalo.
7. Filed a complaint online on RIPOFF report website.
8. Filed a complaint with the Federal Trades Commission.
9. Filed a complaint with my Congressman Pete Visclosky.
 Last but not least the police report filed in Indiana was faxed to the East Aurora Police Department.
 Since my filings, I have retained a lawyer to return our money from Robert J. Bellinger, while working with the police, but the funds for having a lawyer dried up. I have been trying to inform the public of East Aurora and surrounding areas to be aware of Mr. Robert Bellinger and his criminal activities - posing as a Mortgage Lender/Originator and who stole our hard earning money which was to be deposited in an escrow account. I have spoken extensively with the A.D.A about looking at this case and since his involvement Mr. Bellinger as stolen money from a couple of other victims, 1 who filed a police report as of june, 6th, 2012.
 The case as been handled by A.D.A until it was transferred to another Prosecutor who I spoke with on June, 14th, 2012 and who had nothing optimistic to add about the case moving forward. 
 Detective of the East Aurora Police Department has been a breath of fresh air throughout this ordeal. In my opinion, this Detective is working hard on the case and I commend him. I do feel, however, that his hands are tied because the A.D.A thinks this case doesnt warrant the resources to make an arrest.
Mr. Robert J Bellinger is currently running his scheme out of his house as I am writing this letter and will continue to steal from unsuspecting members of society. I am confident that the evidence presented in this case will prove that Robert Bellinger is committing a crime on the people of East Aurora and all over the United States. However, this case is filed under "White collar crimes" and is not considered important enough to get the attention of the Erie County A.D.A. I am also of the opinion that this particular breed of crimes are considered low on the career booster scale. I am sure the A.D.A would disagree.
A crime has been committed and is still in progress and its the responsibility of the A.D.A to seek justice for the victims and not direct them to seek remedy {civil suit} outside the arms of law enforcement.
 This crime has affected my family tremendously both financially and emotionally and even though I took all the necessary actions to get help from the Government, I feel it's all in vain and that's a great shame on Erie County and all the other agencies responsible for helping victims feel whole again and send a message that crime doesn't pay.
 A criminal goes free, while his victims hope for justice.
