I was not issued my "mini Miranda" , the representative then told me
my last four # of my SS# , not asking me to verify. Then continued to
give me information that is private.
This was contacted on a new cell phone and could have easily been anyone other than me. Then the
litigation dept. called and I began to describe my concern of the clear
violation of the FDCPA law and my rights to privacy.
 The Litigation dept. gentleman , started to insult me in defence and told me to call a lawyer because they would be more intelligent than I, intimidating me by saying

"if this is brought upto a judge the judge would say " What is wrong with you? Why dont you
pay your Bills?"

Not paying any attention to the violation of the FDCPA Law
and my rights. I told him my concern about the original contact failed
to correctly verify my identity, the litigation contact began to lie and
say that he did not have to read my miranda nor verify my SS# because
the cell phone # they contacted me on was on the original collections
bill. This is completely false because my cell phone is 3 months old.
Not the same # at all. I feel Violated, threatened and I feel very
insecure with this company holding my personal information. Not to mention violated of my rights as a consumer since this is no longer the account of the original debt holder, this is now a purchase account.
