Bought two atomik barbwire boats from company. One boat worked however had a bad charger, the second boat worked for the first run then died however had a good charger. The boats cost 149.99 usd a piece. When i emailed customer service they sent out a new part for the boat and expected me to install myself luckily i knew how. When the boat still did not work they insisted i spend more of my hard to come by money to send the boat in to be repaired over the course of a week.
Initialy having the boats overnighted at a cost of 25 dollars extra so that me and my father would have something to do on fathers day. Now i will more than likely have to pay for return shipping as well after reading their website making this 149.99 boat cost me well over 200 usd a price i could have acheived a much nicer boat from a company that can stand firmly behind their product. This isnt a right course of action to put a Disabled US Marine through who is on a fixed disability income that at the end of the day with child and family to take care of accumulates to pittance. poor customer service from a company that supposedly prides itself on superior customer service

Ok they returned the original boat. No charger no battery they accomplished 30% of the sending job and the boat has the same problems. Worst deal I've ever made. Flat out. Buy a boat get to use it a month plus later.

Atomik has sent out a new lipo battery repaired my boat and sent a new lipo balancing charger. They have at this moment in time held up their word and evidently fixed the situation amicably. If it gets here and still does not work i will add a new note. If there is no note following this the boat was good along with Atomiks customer service

Atomik just called told me they were sending my boat back with a new battery. No word on the trash charger i was sent. Will keep updated.
