They offered free SEO tools with free registration.
I upgraded the free package to a daily submission one and tried to use the tools on the website (useless and inaccurate!).
I got a call from Mr. Eugene Kwon with a promise of getting help with the Google local listings and he promised everything that he cannot deliver.
I ended up with my HOME address showing on the maps, had to move and was listed under the wrong category. I called and emailed and he assured me that the refund is on the way (60 days money back guarantee!).
The money never came and I called him again and again and after a week he's been avoiding me he had some lame escuse about a virus.. than he told me that the accounting dept. is proccessing the refund and I had to file for a dispute with the credit company.
I thought that will be the end but those scammers got the money from the credit company, they said that they promised listings and they got me listed on the maps. They didn't care that it was on the wrong category and with my home address... they promised listings.. and here it is.
NEVER do business with them again. liars, thiefts.
They will use your trust and take your money with no results. Stay away from these guys.

I understand that anyone would be upset about not receiving a "promised" refund.
However, as we explained to you several times, your refund request could not be honored for the following reasons:
1. Your request for a refund was not based on our terms of guarantee, but on our refusal to list your Locksmith service in cities where you do not actually have an office.
2. Your refund request was made after our SEO campaign was successfully completed, more than 3 months after signing up of our Top Local service. Well beyond our 60 day guaranteed refund period.
We did agreed to guarantee that we would get your locksmith service listed in the city of Centennial CO, where you have an office. Sometime after we accomplished that you made additional demands that we list you as a local locksmith business in Denver, CO.
We researched this request and told you that Denver was well beyond the service area allowed to be claim as "local" -- and that having just a P.O. Box there was not illegitimate.
Listing your website as a "local business" in cities where you do not actually have a local office is against Google's Guidelines, and violates our own terms of service. We regret your displeasure over this, but despite your insistence, we told you that was beyond what we can legally accomplish.
We have, in fact, done exactly what we guaranteed we would do. Due to our efforts our website is ranking on page-one of Google for several valuable keywords in the city you actually do business in. You received a high-value return on your Attracta SEO investment.
I regret we could not accommodate your additional demands, and your anger over it. However, the information in your post is simply not true and your request for a refund is completely unfounded.
