Autozone is one of the big Castrol retailers - their shelves are full with Castrol products, yet they won't accept valid Castrol coupons (with a hologram on the upper right corner). I tried two different stores - the answer was: we are not set up to accept these coupons and we can't override the system. When I called Castrol they told me to go to a different retailer.
