S Safe installs security systems but does not explain their monitoring contract is 5 years long. You may assume it is an annual contract but you'd be wrong. It is a sleazy contract. To make it worse, they do not agree to cancel the contract after 6 years. There is more small print that says it automatically renews, not annually, but for another 5 years!

It's best to find a different company that is open and discloses their terms and you can agree or not agree. A reputable company would accept a cancellation after all of the installation costs and years of fees. B Safe is bad news.
