What a mess it was to work with Brenda Guye and BG Properties. If you're looking for a landlord or property manager who won't return your phone calls or emails until weeks and months later, Brenda is your best bet. If she does call you back make sure to pay attention to her words. She is a very creative and very good liar.
If your rental needs some work done don't bother calling Brenda Guye and don't waste your time putting in work orders. She'll claim she never got them and the work will never get done. I had to pay to get my carpets cleaned which she assured me she would take care of. She never did and refuses to pay me back. Also, she will probably lose your signed lease like she did mine.
One last thing... If Brenda Guye is your property manager don't even worry about cleaning your rental before you move out.. She'll keep your deposit and make up lies as to why she is keeping it.
Brenda Guye is a cancer in the business she claims she is so good at. She's a liar, thief and folks, her name is right beside the word lazy in the dictionary.
