BMG Auto Group/Jesse A. Smith sold me a 2004 BMW 325i that needs a new tranmission, shocks, and the engine has three major oil leaks.  I put $2000 down and pay $400 per month.  The night that I drove it home it had problems, warning/indicator lights came on.  I had to call a friend to follow me to my place in fear that I would not make it home.  I took the car to a mechanic two weeks later and was told I need a new or rebuilt transmission and a smg hydraulic unit.  Two weeks later I mentioned to jesse and his co-worker that the car has problems because warning/indicator lights are coming on and did mention this because jesse's coworker said a couple of times "you have a good car". Well, jesse totally ignored.  I towed the car to classic bmw of  and the service advisor advised me to called bmg because he noticed that I had temp tags on the car (meaning I recently purchased the car).  He said I should ask the manager of bmg to help me out, maybe help me pay for repairs or add the repair charges in my contract.  After calling jesse of bmg, he insisted that he tow "HIS" vehicle to his mechanic.  At first I disagreed then I told him okay.  I spoke with Jesse approximately six times begging him to help me out with the repairs and lets work out a payment plan and jesse agreed.  Well, it didn't work that way....jesse told me it would be $3000 to repair the car, then he told me it would be $3500, jesse reposessed the car when I went to pick it up, saying I didn't pay the diagnostic fee to him that his mechanic charged.  He stated he would not release the car until I pay him the diagnostic fee. Then I had to make a $200 bi-weekly payment the next week.  I ask him to give me extra time and he said no, he will repo it. I have paid for towing three times, diagnostic fees three times, rental cars, taxis, I have begged people for rides, I have walked because I work full time and go to school time, I am a single parent who works hard and helps anyone I can and I never expected to me a person such as jesse who is heartless, evil, cold hearted, low down crooked thief, with no red warm blood flowing through his veins.  He reminds me of and looks like a serial killer who has just been convicted and sentenced to death who has no remorse.  jesse has no emotion, he just stands there with a smirk on his face that I would like to slap off.  Do not buy from BMG auto group.  I know I guy who works there who purchased a bmw and he said his car had major problems.  They are even ripping off their employees/

These are Slanderous False Claims

AUTHOR: BMG AUTO GROUP - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, December 21, 2012

Anyone with any common sense can read this complant and begin to get a very clear understanding of why this customer can not get any solution to her problem. She is referring to the person who was trying to help her as " Evil cold hearted serial killer" " whom she would love to slap" Also while she was here in person at our location I have her on video tape cussing and screaming and acting very irrational. She must of used The F#*# word at least 10 times. Mrs. Myer purchased this car 3 months ago AS IS NO Warranty. Clearly she expects a FULL warranty. We tried to our best ability to help Mrs. Myer with her issues but as anyone whos ever done business knows if a person is being completely irrational and cussing you it becomes very diffucult to help them at that point. I myself bought a 2010 used Mercedes to drive and 12 days after i bought it i needed $1200 worth of work in the front end. I was upset and didnt like it but I knew I purchased it AS-IS and I knew when i bought a mercedes with 51,000 miles on it that if a maint issue did occur it would be expensive to fix. While I hated being out the $1200 so soon after purchasing I just had to suck it up and pay for it. I would have been more than willing to try and find an amicable solution with Mrs. Myer but she refused to be civil as I think anyone reading the complaint can ascertain. The fact is when buying a car that is AS IS you are taking a risk and whether it needs serviced 3 months after purchase or 30 months it is enevitable that eventually it will need serviced and when it does if it is a BMW or a Mercedes the repairs are going to be expensive. There are so many blatant lies in this report that I am seriously considering a slander defamation suit and I will be calling the so called employee she refers to as a witness.

How Was the Test Drive?

You said the warning lights came on as you drove this car home. It was a fairly obvious problem. I'm curious, how was the TEST DRIVE?
