I purchased insurance for my sectional purchased at Bobs Discount Furniture. I called to have the stains cleaned and was rejected as I had three stains. What a rip off!! Never before have I had this problem and asked so many questions about where, how big, what was it, when did it happen. You pay for coverage you should get cleaning and repair as needed. Don't be a sucker and pay for this if you can't get anything done.
