Babrizon SCAM, RIPOFF, FRAUD Blue Ash, Ohio

We went to a "model/talent search" addition on May 15, 2010. As usual they have put us in a large room, told us stories and filled all of the kids there with hope. How, we as a parents, can we say no to your kid, when they are told that they will be making money as soon as they will finish their program. Actually when Christian called us few days later, to make it official, we as parent had daugts about this, however when we have been on the speaker phone with him and our daughter present, said to our daughter, "Please make a promise to your parents that you will pay them all that money back as soon as you will finish our program and receive first modeling shoot". WOW! We have paid the money for the program! Stupid us! Our daughter went for the summer overseas and came back end of July 2010. We have agreed with Christian, that she will be starting this program in August as she will be gone for the summer.

We have put starting date on the contract August, 2010. Christian told my wife and I, to send him an email reminding him to send us all the information, where do we need to go after our daughter comes back from her vacation. I personaly send him an email on July 08,2010, did not receive any response. Send another email on August 10, 2010, did not receive any response. Called the 800 number and left a message for Christian about August 11, 2010, no response. Called again next day and left a message once again, no response. Send another email on August 13, 2010 besically thretting them that if someone will not respond to me within 48 hours I will be filling dispute with my credit card, good thing we have paid using credit card! Christian called back on the same day and spoke to our daughter (15 year old), my wife and I were not available, telling her that she will be starting her program on September 11, 2010. And I need to send him an email so he can send back all the info back to us by the email. At least that is what our daughter told us. I did just that and received nothing back from Christian once again. I have sent another email on Monday August 16, 2010 stating that he (Christian) should have talk to one of us, parents, not our daughter where she minor and we are having some problems with this hole situation. We feel that him as well Barbizon are very unproffesional and try to do business with minors not their parents or guardians, and that is simply not right. Mean while our daughter went on the Internet and start doing some reaserch about Barbizone, when she found this and some other places complaining about that company. Christian called us once again and spoke to me last night (August 17, 2010). When i have asked him to simply refund our money because our daughter is no longer interested in their fake sarvice, he said that we will have to file a "request" to receive our money back and it would be pro-rated refund. She has not attended any of their program yet! They are out there to get your hard earned money, avoid them at all cost!

AVOID THIS FRAUDULANT COMPANY AT ALL COST!
